Buy, fix, and sell houses with a click of your mouse in House Flip! Browse the listings, then purchase and inspect a house to see what needs fixing. Hold an open house to see which renovations prospective buyers want. Choose a section of the house to clean, repair, or upgrade, and then play mini-games to do the work yourself. Satisfy the buyers with wise choices and high quality work to push their offers higher. If you're running out of time and spot a juicy offer, accept it and flip that house! Play now!
Game Instructions
Click Open House to view buyer requests and offers. Click Listings to buy a house. Roll over the Hot Spots on the floor-plan to find jobs to do. For each activity, choose an Action and a Target, and then click Start. Follow the directions to complete the mini-games that may appear. Do as many activities as it takes to increase the house's value before time runs out. Hold another Open House to accept a buyer's final offer and flip the house.

This is a very fun game. Too bad real cleaning and renovating is not this easy - lol - but it's fun earning the tokens (which I need) and getting trophies.

This game is a lot of fun and very addicting. Your best friend is the "Open House" button. Use it often to check your progress and make sure you're targeting your best buyers. Also, when I started playing, I wasn't aware that repairing or upgrading trumps cleaning, so for example, if one buyer wants clean windows and another wants repaired windows, you just repair the windows and you get credit for both. This will save you some time.

This game is pretty fun it can get a tad boring but over all its good :) oh and btw dont repair the windoes just clean them becuase it waists ur time and its hard!

this is a good game...but if you have a computer that freezes maybe this is not the game for you because the time kept running even though my mouse wouldnt let me do anything

This game is fun. When you repair or upgrade windows, you shouldn't try to place them in the panes, just let them fall. Once they all fall, the game voice still says "GOOD!!". The same happens with the tile walls. This doesn't work with the marble tile floor :(. I do wish you had more than 5 min, especially with the bigger houses and properties. The small/cheaper ones I can do with at least a minute left.

The trick to putting in windows or tile walls is where you grab the piece of glass or tile. If you grab it by the corner, it will hang in a diamond shape-- you have to think gravity. It's different for tile floors since a floor is on a flat surface. Hope this helps with the windows. Once you figure it out, it's easy.

To hang a window, grab the window piece at the top middle. It will then stop swinging so you can hang it easily.

awesome game! all i do is the basics, i sod the grass and upgrade the fence, repair the outside of the house, and then upgrade the bathroom and kitchen appliances and windows, and clean the walls and floors. and either repair or upgrade the fence. by doing that, i have like $4 mil. and then i just choose the highest bidder. it works, and its easy. :)

ok this game is fun but needs some work like download and a care free mode..to short on time you can't do all the things cause run out of time ...come shockwave lets fix this game so we can play it...

It really is an awesome game, but the time you get is barely even enough to do some touch - ups. I thouroughly agree with jennb1973. Only I think the game's really cool. Isn't made by the same guys as Let's Get Cooking, because to me it's similar?

it's not impossible, you just have buttons like "all the house" or "all that stage", and you can fix / upgrade / clean all the stuff like buyers want (press open house button to know what they like). It's great.
