Cute little game--the dragon does add a little bit of a twist to the standard time management format, and getting the expert times can sometimes prove to be a bit challenging.
Glitchy. I select a glass and move it to be filled and it moves the cursor back to the top of the glasses. It doesn't give you a choice in what you can buy for your store. Bad graphics. Lame. Could have been loads better.
A game is pretty sad when the only good thing you can say is Cute. This goes a long way to proving that it's not just the HO games that are being put out too fast--TM has caught up to the mediocrity.
I am a big TM fan and I see nothing wrong with this game. it gets more challenging as it goes..as most TM games do..and it is a bit hard to get expert but if it was too easy it would be a bore. Dragon is cute as well.
The graphics were nice, but the gameplay was repetitive. I disliked the upgrade store greatly; it was difficult to figure out what was what as far as new things vs. updates to current items. nearly impossible to get expert on the later levels, and some upgrades were priced too high and required replays of earlier levels to obtain more cash. Not recommended.
I honestly don't know what game other reviewers are playing, but I loved Magic Sweets! I'm a Cake Mania fan and I preferred this game in many ways. I loved Dragon, the graphics are lovely and, mostly, I loved the customers. No more annoying music and sound effects, just wonderful voice-overs. I liked the game play - challenging, yes, but no more so than in other TM games. I had no problems with adding new items or upgrading. RECOMMENDED
I'm a huge TM fan and I get both sides on this game. The levels were rather repetitive and the neon light upgrade at the end gave me a headache. However, the graphics were great and it was definitely a unique game.
Considered this game cute, fun, if rather repetitive...until the mandatory neon upgrade. Are you trying to give us all epileptic fits, devs??? After 2-3 levels of that, my eyes and head hurt. Can't finish the game. SW needs a tag for F'ed Up...
Loved this game..dare I say more than Cake Mania and I love Iill! Faster paced, could get upgrades quickly ( a very nice change). Loved the characters, locales, upgrades and definitely want a dragon...
Obviously bucking the trend here for TM lovers; just didn't like this one, failed to hold the interest after even a short time. Quickly found I couldn't get the trophy on every level and the gameplay/story wasn't good enough to make me want to try again.
It was an ok game until the last location. You buy the neon light upgrade and it puts a flashing neon light of dancing people behind the customers.
I could not even finish one level with the neon light flashing on and off.
