Registration emails are sent from [email protected] To ensure that you receive emails from Shockwave in your Inbox, please add [email protected] to your address book. Please also check your email filters and junk mail folders for anything from Shockwave.
If you do not receive the email from [email protected], please contact Customer Support.
When registering your Shockwave game, the registration information for your game must be entered EXACTLY as it appears in the email:
- Your name must be spelled and capitalized exactly as it appears in the registration email - no matter how you usually spell and capitalize it (Example: If Jane Doe's registration email says "jane Doe", typing "Jane Doe" will result in an error message).
- There should be no extra spaces before your first name, or after your last name.
- The key must contain ALL numbers and letters in the correct order, with no stray spaces before or after it.
- All letters in the key must be capitalized.
If you are having difficulty entering the information, we recommend copying the text directly from the email and pasting it in the appropriate field.
Also, you must be connected to the Internet before attempting to unlock your game.
Please temporarily disable any personal firewalls or anti-virus software that will block you from connecting to our key servers.
If you are receiving a "Failed to contact Shockwave" message when entering your key, please visit our FAQ pages.
Please save a copy of the game installer file to a CD-ROM or Zip disk, etc. This way, you can re-install it in case of future loss or damage. We also recommend that you copy your registration code email somewhere (like a text file) for safekeeping.
