Really on the fence, game plays challenging, but unfortunately games packaging, really low budget. Graphics are marginal, scenes & characters flat. Unexpected bonus, dialog voice over’s throughout game, no need to read dialog. Storylines really quite good & it actively involves the player. HOS are unique/varied, puzzles/tasks often difficult. Only clue in completing many tasks was to search for the little sprinkling lights. No clicking penalties, but unable to skip puzzles.

This is 3rd time I've played this game! Now I'm stuck on Chapter 14. Looking for the Crystal ball. Hint button is NO Help! It shows me a Red Crystal in a Bottom Cabinet but I can't move it, pick it up or anything else! So I'm stuck! As I've said, I've done this game before. I've had to use Hints before, mainly because of Poor Eyesight. Now I'm looking for a Special Key to open the little Cabinet at the bottom of the stairs?

For those having problems with Chapter 10, after you cut the fungus off the statue, you have to touch the poison toad (even though it says not to) in order to get the silver arrow to appear again.

Better than the first magic academy. Kept me interested enough to finish...plenty of hints except on minigames but they weren't to hard. Good graphics as well.

Another hostage taker with no skip option for minigames. I got to the one where you have to position various balls to bounce off each other in a specific way, and after a while I gave up out of boredom and frustration. Uninstalled!
