Click on a card from the bottom decks to select it. Move that card to the top decks by clicking on an empty slot or card that matches (color or number) your selected card. Wild cards can be moved from the bottom decks to any of the three top decks at any time. Once a wild card is played, you can move any card from the bottom decks to the top decks onto the wild card.
