Matching three gems never gets old. But doing it for 1001 nights straight? Might be a bit of a stretch, but when it's as fun as it is in 1001 Arabian Nights maybe it's not so bad? Simply match three gems in a row either horizontally or vertically to clear the board and move the artifacts to the bottom of the stage in order to win. It sounds simple, but the gems are fickle, so you'll need to use power-ups in some cases to advance.
