Welcome to the Terms and Conditions for Atom Entertainment, Inc.'s text subscription services. These text subscription services are provided to you through the services of Distributive Networks (http://www.distributivenetworks.com/). You can sign up for subscription text services here at the Atom Entertainment Website by entering messaging us at 51912, and replying "Y" to our subscription confirmation. By doing so, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to our Terms of Service. Atom Entertainment will send your text message to Distributive Networks in order to provide you with text services and by replying "Y" to our confirmation you expressly permit Atom Entertainment to share your cell phone number. These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the subscription text services when you text the subscription text services via your cell phone and through the Atom Entertainment, Inc. Website.

$4.99 per month for each subscription text service will be billed directly to your cell phone bill. Standard text messaging tolls and other fees charged by your wireless carrier may apply.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by sending a text message with CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, STOP, END or QUIT in the text message to 51912

Once billing starts, if you cancel your subscription, the subscription text service will continue for the duration of the month in which you cancel. No pro-rated credits will be issued for cancellations before the end of the month of cancellation. Your phone must have text messaging capability. You must be the owner of your cell phone and either be at least eighteen years old or have the permission of your parent or guardian to purchase the subscription text service. The messages sent to your cell phone via the subscription text services (and their contents) are protected by copyright or other intellectual property laws and are owned by Atom Entertainment, Inc. or its licensors. In addition to these terms and conditions, Atom Entertainment, Inc.'s General Terms of Service apply to your subscription to the subscription text services. In the event these Terms and Conditions conflict with Atom Entertainment's Terms of Service, these Terms and Conditions shall control with respect to text subscription services only.
