Sers03, it appears to take about 100,000 winnings of tokens to move through the rank. This is an estimate but i've found it to be pretty close. Scashworth, instead of just 2 rows, look at three. there are matches sometimes on the bottom row. just a suggestion. it does take a long time. i use it when i dont need to think but to unwind.

If you all of a sudden go to zero tokens, it means the game has lost connection with your profile. Refresh the page, sign in, and you'll see the correct tokens. Granted you lose whatever pieces of the "chips" you had, but you'll be back in business.

Nice combination of free cell and solitaire. Graphics are a little dark for older eyes, so wish there was an adjustment.

xdojax, if you're playing the medium level, 10-12 games take you the adulthood and you get the "Thank you for raising the panda". If you look at the Proud Parent trophy, it tracks how many pandas you've raised to adulthood.

WHOSE, they usually run a theme and the theme right now is animals. Hang in there and it will change. For me, I'd rather have animals than buildings and we have had that.

mt, I had answered once but the techs removed my post, so I'll try again. I have cleared cached/cookies, tried different browsers, disabled firewalls and adblockers, even dug out an old computer. Tomorrow I'm trying it from my brothers house to see if that changes things. Has been happening since June 7th with no help in sight.

It's almost 4 pm Seattle time, and the quick start works fine. mt, I know what you mean about playing alone, but, for some reason, the token server doesn't work for me and bingo is the only game where I can earn tokens even though the bonus don't work. cclady, hang in there and keep trying. The techs are always quick to say the trouble is your system before they even try to troubleshoot.

Beautiful butterfly. The oval is fun for a change of pace. Do enjoy the puzzles and reading all the notes. It helps keep the sanity and perspective while job hunting. Been out of work of 6 months now but I do keep the faith. Blessings to all.

It's freezing up again more often now they have fixed the rank counter. Just a thought, but possibly the rank counter has too many background tasks with all of the little penguins. Maybe get rid of the extra background and let the counter just count. It's worth a try.

I admit I'm a traditionalist and do enjoy the landscape views. JC40, when you can't get to the other puzzles, go to your profile page. Sometimes, something gets wild in the cookies or private data, and the profile makes you look as a free account. Clear the shockwave cookies and your cache/private data. You'll have to sign in again but your profile should show you as a paid member.

I used to have problems with loading and freezing until I had the chance to use a computer that has a LOT of RAM (over a Gig). Now, I totally enjoy it and use the keyboard which helps me go faster. Yes, the dictionary is weird but I just try different combos to figure it out.

Not a fan of the greyed out pieces. When working with unique cut styles, I prefer to see the color so I can enjoy the challenge of the new cut. With the greyed out styles, it's no fun at all even with regular cuts. Thank goodness we have the option of the regular player in addition to the challenge player. Just can't submit scores.

Deb51, when in Firefox, check your adblocker plug-in. I had to allow all for Shockwave. I just tried Icebreakers with Internet Explorer and still no tokens.

Poacher09, are you actually receiving the tokens it says you've earned. Most of us aren't getting the tokens earned. Do you do anything special (clearing cache, cookies) before playing? What system and browser are you using? If you read the comments, you can see a lot of us are having issues.

Rainforest is ok.Mandina, Beachbabe17 & I have written to SW about Icebreakers and they claim nothing is wrong. In fact, if you write a negative review, it gets deleted the next day. Talk about arrogance. Does anyone have ideas to get them to listen?

Windows Explorer has a tendency to freeze; it can't handle the fast data flow. Try downloading Firefox (or some folks like Safari). It's free and works a lot better than explorer.

I really do like the game. I do add my vote for updating the dictionary plus the chosen words themselves should be checked. Some of the results are misspelled and you would never get it unless you just try anything.

OK, I need some advil for the headache trying to make out the tiles. One thing that would help is a conversion chart showing which seasonal tile replicates which traditional tile. Also, maybe have an option to switch to traditional tiles but no submitting of scores to keep it fair.

Oh my, a few grumps amongst us. Must have had a bad day and had to take it out on the faceless SW. Love all shapes and versions. Would like to see true circle puzzles as I seen with the daily puzzles on MSNBC; they are great. Love reading your comments and wishes for others. Nice puzzle; grew up with tri-color collies. However, since we've had a rash of doggie pictures, I must declare let's have some equal time for kitty pictures (lions and tigers don't count). Finally getting spring weather here in the NW.

These holiday tiles are much better than the Valentine tiles. Having the numbers and letters on the tiles make the difference. Also, the graphics are much clearer.

Aha! Figured it out. For any other newbies like me, if you initiate the puzzle from the calendar, all options are available. If you initiate it from the jigsaw challenge row, the options MaryAnne1942 mentioned are not available. If you don't care about entering your time and just do it for enjoyment, click on the calendar to start the puzzle. Yippee. Now I can turn off the mirror effect!
