What a fantastic fishing trip! Dr. Mace and Nurse LLL joined WKXOX and me on our boat the Kid 'n' me. The biggest catches of the day were WKXOX's 38" bull red and My 37" one! The red drums would have been good eating but we decided to reward their sporting fights by releasing them. Lake Jum is definite prime fishing. Have fun with WKXOX's TS.

Congrats on nailing METHODICALLY TK72. WKOXOX's hint about what helps one open doors ought to get some of you on track regarding what's being collected.

Without a doubt , this was the Ball of the year! WKXOX and I are dizzy from the boys dancing so many fandangos interspersed with doing the chicken. We hung onto their manes when they did the chicken on their hind legs. Fortunately, no celebrants were hit by stray hooves. We are going to walk to the Mellow-Meadow Teddy Bear's Bed and Breakfast to recuperate. Hope the boys don't have nightmares (no pun intended) and kick in their sleep.

Daisy, Congrats for finally solving Tevob's TS. None of my guesses of other words for fooled were even close! The boys have announced that they will also do an occasional Chicken Dance between their fandango numbers. Tevob, everyone one is eager to see how the Midnight-Shadow saga unfolds! Midnight is certainly easy on the eyes in his tuxedo and silk top hat. I've been told that flowers are Shadow's favorite salad.

Lady MarionXOXO, you will be the most stunning belles of the Halloween Ball! When in the Royal Stables yesterday, I overheard the boys talking about possibly opening a haberdashery as an outlet for their hoof-made cloths. We surely raised two geniuses. I've never witnessed so much horse sense! We had better buckle up for safety; the boys are very high spirited and are bragging about doing the fandango till dawn!

We look forward to lots of tomfoolery with all our friends at the Royal Halloween Ball. Get ready for the fandango! TNPLJ

WKXOX is it: HEXAGONALLY is a winner! (The adjective "agonal" means agonizing or intensely painful; hex = spell, and the multitudinous lenses comprising an insect's compound eyes are hexagonal in shape.) The ongoing Stuarte saga has created mass hysteria in Jumbledom . The critters of Jum Bayou have not seen her. Sr and Jr refused (very politely, naturally) to take WKXOX and me into the Enchanted Forest to search. And we politely refused to go in alone on foot! Tbug, Yes, i meant that the subsitute word for two valets, i.e. cogents, was two syllables including prefix. The adverb form is , of course, 3 syllables. Perhaps I over-hinted to the point where hints melded confusingly in people's minds. You, Vanna, tk72, Daisy, bbsan, and sojaa all deserve kudos for your persistence.

And FYREFLY comes out of nowhere in the home stretch to solve it by a nose: COGENTLY! The billionaire's two valets are two gents or males and also gentleman's gentlemen: COGENTS. TK72, tbug57 got the prefix correct: co. In an earlier hint, I referred to a substitute word for "two valets" as being two-syllabic, including the prefix. The adverb form of the substitute word would be three syllables. I don't know if it posted but in my latest review, I again hinted at the wordy form of valet: gentleman's gentleman. Hope that my grouping the hints together helps..

Tbug57, You're close. Stay with your prefix but re-think your concept of a valet as being just a servant. Valets are male. Also, In the Middle Ages, in Jumbledom for example, valet was considered a prestigious appointment for young men, who sometimes were even of noble birth. What was the verbose descriptive of valet that I gave earlier? Also, approaching the TS from an entirely different viewpoint, how else might one descibe the valets' "convincing" testimony?

lamma, Merlin can be pretty mischievous but obviously has a big heart. The My Hero roses in the Andrew Memorial Rose Garden will serve to remind us all of Andrew, his birthday, his life, and his passing. I also notice that King Jumble has decreed that all Jumbledom flags be flown at half mast today in memory of Andrew.

Vanna89, Oxy and Boxy just delivered an urgent oxygram from King Jumble in which he dubs you a KOOT: citing your bravery and perseverance in tackling even the most difficult Tom Swifties, in addition to defending his Kingdom against attacking jumbled-letter armies. Our heartfelt congratulations go out to you. Should you accept this most prestigious honor, all we KOOT welcome you to take your seat with us at the legendary Oblong Table. KTKF TNPLJ

MountainMama, Sorry our steeds got yours to stop and eat gourmet hay with them just as we three were close to the finish line and charging into the lead. Unfortunately, the Race Jum-Master disqualified us when our steeds turned around and returned to the Royal Stables for an after-hay nap. We were last ranked last at #100, #101, and #103. i don't know what happened to #102. Knightly steeds have always had a sweet tooth (all of their teeth, actually) for gourmet hay! KTKF TNPLJ

THANKS lamma. Quite a compliment coming from you! Wasn't my answer, hierarchically, to the archery one correct as well?
