I enjoyed solving today's puzzle. Riffsmom, I always wanted a horse too. When I was 5 years old, my folks bought a house with horse property, but they never got me a horse. By the time I was old enough to buy my own horse, the property had been rezoned, so I never got a horse.

Relatively easy today; another one where I knew the solution before solving all the words. Too cold to be outside for the Easter Sunrise Service, but I'm ready to head to church as soon as my adult children show up. An Easter egg hunt for the grandkids, then dinner for the family. Blessings to all.

Nice car; I wish there would have been information about what make. I guess I will have to ask my husband. Lyndac, we also have an el Camino that we take to car shows; it's a teal blue, with color changing flames on the hood. Happy Birthday, Mimitoo. Fun puzzle today. I have been to Mesa Verde three times; once as a teenager with my parents, one time when my older kids were young, and a few years ago with my youngest daughter and our neighbor. The last time we went was shortly after a fire had struck the area, luckily it didn't damage any of the ruins.

I barely made the 5x score today; I think the only thing that saved me was that we had word #4 not long ago. I always try to reach the Jum-battlefield early in the morning. Lauraqt, congratulations to your son and you on reaching the teenage years! My "baby" is now 21, and the older kids have been bringing me grandkids for years!

A very easy jumble today. Moonshiiin, I took care of my parents for years. Dad had Alzheimers for the last 5 years before his death, but he died peacefully in his own bed. Mom had complications from Parkinson's Disease which included hallucinations; I wound up putting her in a nursing home for her last year. I admire and empathize with anyone else who is a caregiver for the elderly.

I hate it when I dont see an answer right away; had to solve all the others and come back to word 1. MTJoey my family used to camp and fish at Elevenmile when we were kids...just a few years ago. And son-in-laws job after Fairplay was in Cripple Creek; the kids lived in Woodland Park just behind the Safeway on Hwy 24. Theyre back in the Denver area now.

I enjoyed todays puzzle such great colors. Do a search for "cruiser" bikes and you will find a lot of bikes with fenders. I wore the peddles right off of my bicycle from riding so much I need to find a new one!

I agree totally with NavyNan about shelter dogs. We have gotten most of our dogs from friends or the shelter. I did get one Pug from a friend who owned a pet store; he was the payment for the work hubby did on his classic Mustang. He would only have one or two litters at a time in the store. If we had finished the work a little sooner I would have had a schnauzer instead. The smartest dog I ever had came from the shelter; a lab-shepherd mix.

I wont even comment on my score today; the "E" country was a killer. Our Boxers are the sweetest girls around. They were born on April Fools Day. We got them from sons ex-girlfriends sister. Son dumped the girlfriend soon after but we still have the dogs.

A little slower today. Girlsinger we have a pair of BOXER sisters a PUG and a Yorkshire TERRIER. Quite a houseful. At one point we had 6 dogs but two died of old age.

It must have been an easy one today. I didnt need any hints and got a decent score. We had 50 kids at our house for Halloween. I thought there would be more since the weather was nice: we usually got about that many even during a snowstorm!

I cant believe I solved this word search in under a minute. Our family has celebrated a reunion over Labor Day weekend every year since 1950. All descendants of my great-great grandparents who sailed to the U.S. from England in the 1860s.

Thought I was doing good at 1:32 but Im way down on the list. Alaskamom I hope youre better soon. My middle daughter was dianosed with pneumonia on her birthday the year she was pregnant. It took her forever to get better.

A decent score today at 1:21 but yesterday I was over 2 minutes Alaskamom. It seems when we have repeats of categories I do better; the fish went fast today. My parents used to do word searches on paper and their method was taking turns searching for words one at a time in order. Of course Dad had Alzheimers by that time.
