Save Our Spirit | Nov 5, 2009 | report abuse
I must say I find it very odd to see that the average rating is moving towards the perfect five stars. This HO game is indeed - as others have mentioned before me - very short, the language is clearly below par, the items are referred to with very odd terms, like for example (if I recall it correctly) pistol case or something of the sort for a simple holster. It was also very, very short, some objects almost impossible to find, and the mini games nigh on brainless ... It's OK, no more than that.

Nightshift Legacy: The Jaguar's Eye™ | Sep 19, 2009 | report abuse
I didn't download this when it came - probably to busy at work, and the reviews at the time weren't too good. But now I've played it through, and enjoyed it very much. The storyline was actually interesting, the search for objects smooth; albeit them being a bit small and hard to find at times (but that's what the hints are for). The code breaking (mini games) in between were varied and sufficiently entertaining and suitable to the game. In short: I really liked it!

Real Crimes: The Unicorn Killer | Jun 24, 2009 | report abuse
I'm really into hidden object games, I think I've played every single one on this site, and this has to be one of the worst. It's short, it's boring, the mini-games are dull and repetitive, and the objects aren't used or hidden in any imaginative way. In short - it's bad. Really bad.

Word Express | Apr 20, 2009 | report abuse
I have tried this game both on my laptop (with Vista) and on my desktop (with XP Pro) computer, and after a few jittery tries the first few days of the "New" Shockwave, it has been working as a charm for me. Both systems are automatically kept up to date on drivers etc. It's a good game!

Emerald City Confidential™ | Mar 26, 2009 | report abuse
Good heavens, some people really have no patience and appreciation for a great dialogue! What quality! Simply an excellent game, and as some other users have already pointed out, it is a real classy adventure game of the old school. Loved it!

Jumble® Word Vault™ | Jan 8, 2009 | report abuse
Hermione4, please don't tell the bonus words straight out like that, you could have made your point without spelling them out in plain sight. On topic: It isn't too repetitive here, however in the roundup games, there we can speak of ditto, ditto - like bowling, or odd numbers etc.

Find 'Em™ Poker | Jan 7, 2009 | report abuse
Yihaa! My very, very first time over 50K! And losing a dog is like losing a part of yourself. I have been through it three times, twice with labs, and I still feel the loss, though it was years and years ago with the labs. Have one lab now, just 2 yrs old & healthy, though. Good luck!

Jumble® Word Vault™ | Dec 16, 2008 | report abuse
As per an earlier exchange on, what shall we say, X-rated words; the first round today is really something for the morally challenged ... Go ahead and try ;o) I promise, I'm not trying to upset anyone with this, or even taunting anyone, it just seems absurd to me, as a Swede, that something like this always evokes outraged or insulted comments, or the likes. As I said earlier - use the words if you wish, otherwise do not, it's your prerogative. It's voluntary, not forced upon you.

Find 'Em™ Poker | Dec 2, 2008 | report abuse
Was it really easy today, or was I sharper than ever before? I haven't been even close to 50K, though I've played every day since this game was published - and today I actually got 49.460! Intensly satisfied (though 540 points more would have been nice ;o).

The Daily Diff | Nov 24, 2008 | report abuse
Could some kind American inform a poor Swede if the dishes on this table in todays picture are easily identifiable for you. The turkey yes - even I see which one that is. But the rest to me it looks like spunge cake and crisps and slices of something gooey whats that? Cranberry eh something? Please inform a curious urpean!

Jumble® Word Vault™ | Nov 21, 2008 | report abuse
The second bonus word today is NOT possible to write with the given letters NOT GOOD - and once again two words are possible for the third bonus. With that short a time once youve jumbled one youre kind of locked to it its hard to re-jumble so to speak.

Jumble® Word Vault™ | Nov 14, 2008 | report abuse
Sunylynx: How did you discover that the game accepts "inappropriate" words? You didnt by chance happen to USE them G*d forbid ...? If a word is a word in a lexical sense it belongs in a word game even though it may be offensive to some. You cannot even see it if you dont participate so its really a non-issue dont you think? Splendid and fun game really - especially for a furriner :o)

I do have a very splotchy memory in particular when it comes to dates times numbers and things but this picture is definitely a rerun and a boring one at that. Booh.

The Daily Diff | Oct 30, 2008 | report abuse
Beautiful - but difficult - picture today me like :o)

Parking Dash™ | Oct 21, 2008 | report abuse
Difficult game but at least it is a bit different than the other Dashes. I kind of liked it its really taxing your strategic senses and even though I personally dont find it as amusing as for example Farm Frenzy its still worth a download. And when parking limos the trick is to click on the INNER space of the two that are needed (for the front part) and for the big SUVs you have to click on the leftmost space. HTH.

Jumble® Crosswords | Oct 1, 2008 | report abuse
Yohoo 27 seconds ... pity there is no half minute threshhold on this :o)
-
Jumble® Crosswords | Sep 30, 2008 | report abuse
The Mayflower is general knowledge all over the world Id say. The real problems for a Swede like me for example are questions on baseball NFL NHL - and sometimes Qs like today - the beautiful woman is known but definitely not well known here. So there went my "perfect" score ;o) Had fun anyway!

Hidato™ Daily Adventure | Sep 17, 2008 | report abuse
Someone suggested to select games as favorites but what do I do then to get to my favorites? I thought they would be prioritezed in the list of Dailies but theyre obviously not. There is a whole lot of clicking and sometimes even searching for the games I play everyday. Any tips?

Word Roundup™ Hollywood Edition | Sep 3, 2008 | report abuse
Thanks to Junkmeat2! Most of the really successful tv shows have been aired in Sweden but Gilligans Island isnt one of them - I have heard and read so much about it though that I should actually buy it just to get to know it! Thanks again :o)

Word Roundup™ Hollywood Edition | Sep 2, 2008 | report abuse
Could someone tell an ignoramus Swede what the solution for "Little Buddy" and his friend might be? Searching high and low for something starting with a G but alas Im lost :(

Liked the game very much but it was a tad bit short. I want MORE!

Shuffle Snake Bites | Mar 14, 2008 | report abuse
Very entertaining - but does anyone have a tip for how to think on level 4.2? Many marbles and very few seconds IMHO!
-
Great Secrets: Da Vinci | Mar 2, 2008 | report abuse
I like seek and find - but the graphics in this game were very coarse - or is there some setting Ive missed maybe? It feels like the old EGA screens you had way back when!
-
Blood Ties™ | Feb 5, 2008 | report abuse
I generally like search-and-find games but this was a bit too easy. Though my main objection is that the producers obviously put some time into thinking of a story - and then forgot about it somewhere like ... halfway through :o( Simply silly.
-
Fashion Fits!™ | Dec 8, 2007 | report abuse
I think its nice to get a challenging game for once - like it. Have you noticed that you can quit if it looks like youre not going to make the goal and restart the month from the main menu to avoid losing a life? Neat little trick so you dont have to start the year over!

Interpol: The Trail of Dr. Chaos | Sep 15, 2007 | report abuse
I did play the game to the very end but in hindsight I dont know why. Perhaps I hoped for something more challenging somewhere. It was simply to easy too repetitive and a long wait for something new. I really really love these search & find games but this wasnt even half a challenge.Regarding saving it worked for me anyway automatically.
