	dunnybart May 12, 2008 I have been having problems with sharing as well. :( I was able to create great PhotoJams for a while, then it couldn't find the internet connection all of a sudden. I spent lots of time creating and editing a particular PhotoJam and was very disappointed when I was unable to share it with family and friends.

	JuiceMan1 May 5, 2008 No internet connection for uploading a photojam and no internet connection when trying to down load music...I have a broadband connection and have no problems on my end. Cannot find a technical support site to obtain help. The reason to get Photojam is to share ...sharing does not exist under the current setup. Get corrected or refund money...simple suggestion.
	barrymsr Apr 27, 2008 Photojam 4 and delux has not worked for over a month. It will not upload photojam for sharing.Shockwave has not responded with any information concerning what is wrong. It was confirmed several weeks ago that was at there end. Obviously they are not interested in Customer Satisfaction only getting your money. VERY UNHAPPY

	conradpoole Aug 19, 2007 I cannot get all the music either PLUS after downloading the pics and begin to watch, all I see is the last pic over and over and over and...... NOT worth the money and hours of frustration.
	Anonymous Jun 13, 2007 I've seem to have the same problem. When I try to download the additional frame, the following message keeps popping up "Can't download your are not connected to the internet" Help me please. How can I download the frames?
