Jane is back and this time she's bringing her magic touch to the real estate market. Help Jane build a city from scratch, including city-owned utilities, stores, restaurants, and even a city hall. Buy land, build homes, furnish them, and lease them to tenants. Use the cash you earn to build more, but make sure you have enough resources to keep the lights on in your venture. 	Adawn Nov 2, 2008 I really liked this game but hated the fact that I had constantly give gifts to the renters or they would leave (thats irrational) and I expected a better selection of furniture once you go to the end than what we accually got. But over all it was a one of the better ones on Shockwave.
	pinkgamegirl Oct 31, 2008 Very werid game for me, it is ok. But rasing the price for the gifts to keep the people from moving was getting patheic. I really didn't like the fact the most of the time, you had to start out with putting in the water and eletric buildings. What is worse, for me....waiting for someone to upgrade their house can sure be annoying. Thumbs down.

	chrisbaker72 Oct 5, 2008 LOVE IT!!!! Have figured it out there is a way to do it just think about it I stumbled on it accidently, don't loose faith I just finished both design and business. My son deleted my game and I got back to it with in 3 hours.

	jjack1176 Sep 19, 2008 I'm torn on this game because it IS fun - and I certainly LIKE a challenge - but the time allotted is just not enough in the higher levels!!! I don't see how ANYONE could ever beat this game - it really seems impossible - which just makes me waste that much more time on it, trying to figure it out!!! UGH, very very frustrating... there really needs to be some in-game help to give you some strategy ideas...
