May 9, 2008 had a similar problem a while back with games on shockwave not loading while using netscape. changed service providers and made it work - can't use pop up blockers or firewalls or it doesn't work. |

May 8, 2008 I used to have a problem with downloads. Got a new laptop external modem and it increased my speed and now downloads clean and fast. Problem was the old modem. You might want to see if you can find an external modem (I have a TRENDNET) -- not expensive and may make a big difference. |

May 6, 2008 It says download failed error. After taking weeks to figure out why shockwave player 11 wouldn't work (no help from shockwave) I managed to download shockwave player 10. Download failed. Error. What next. I am pulling my hair out over this. Thanks for nothing shockwave. Take my money and don't help. |

May 5, 2008 hate the tiles (too may same-color) but that's temporary - WORSE I've not been able to play from Firefox and Safari. Now IE is acting up! |
